1/1/2019 TEMPORARY PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS: We are currently in the transition stage from our previous entry system to the new online ABCRA LIVE system. The Board resolved that all rodeo entries will be prepaid through the new online system. Due to member feedback and concerns, a decision has been made that during the transition period ending 28th February 2019, entries will be accepted without payment. Payments can be made by logging in to ABCRA LIVE at any time up until the Thursday preceding the event. If payment is not made by the closing date, the competitor MUST pay through the Committee Secretary at event prior to competing.

Full prepayment will be effective as of March 1st 2019.

Entry Confirmation
All entries via Central Entry are confirmed via email.
It is the responsibility of the competitor to confirm receipt of the confirmation email by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, and contact Central Entry via phone on 02 6767 9222 immediately if there is an error.

Changes to the payment of entry fees via Central Entry
ABCRA uses a system which allows the Competitor to register their credit/debit card with ABCRA's bank for the payment of entry fees through Central Entry.

If a Rodeo is postponed/cancelled and will not run the following weekend, all entries will be cancelled and those that are pre-paid refunded.

Competitors will have to re-enter the Rodeo on the new dates advertised where not cancelled.

If a Rodeo is postponed after entries have been taken, and the event will run on the following weekend, all entries will be retained, however the competitor can cancel out without penalty and receive a refund.

Cancel Outs
If a competitor cancels out of a rodeo prior to 3:00 p.m. Monday, they will incur a $5.50 cancellation fee per rodeo (excluding junior events). After this, penalties will be applied as per rule CER.4.

Payment of Fines

ABCRA requires the payment of all outstanding fines at the time of entering a rodeo, with the exception of the $5.50 cancel out fee which is allowed to accrue to $22.00 before it is required to be paid in full.
