NOTE: Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time commences 7th October 2018- Sunday 7th Apirl 2019.
Please be aware that some States in Australia do not have Daylight Savings and you need to factor this in when entering. 

Central Entry lines are open:
9.00am to 5.00pm AEST Thursdays and Fridays (excl. Public Holidays) unless otherwise specified. 
Late Entries are accepted from 9.00am - 3.00pm AEST Mondays (except Public Holidays) - late entry fees and conditions apply.

Enter through our Online Rodeo Entries - Full Members ONLY - one person per form.
Any competitors with outstanding fines MUST phone Central Entry, online entries WILL be rejected. 
Online Central Entries are accepted from 5.00pm Friday prior to phone Central Entries and will continue to be accepted until 5.00pm Friday of phone Central Entries.
Late Entries are accepted from 9.00am - 3.00pm AEST Mondays (except Public Holidays) - late entry fees and conditions apply. 

Entry Confirmation
As always, all entries via Central Entry are confirmed via email.
It is the responsibility of the competitor to confirm receipt of the confirmation email by 3.00pm AEST on Monday and contact Central Entry via phone immediately if there is an error. 

Changes to the payment of entry fees via Central Entry
ABCRA uses a system which allows the Competitor to register their credit/debit card with ABCRA's bank for the payment of entry fees through Central Entry.

If a Rodeo is postponed/cancelled and will not run the following weekend, all entries will be cancelled and those that are pre-paid refunded.
Competitors will have to re-enter the Rodeo on the new dates advertised.
If a Rodeo is postponed after entries have been taken and the event will run on the following weekend, all entries will be retained, however the competitor can cancel out without penalty and receive a refund. 

Cancel Outs
If a competitor cancels out of a rodeo prior to 3.00pm AEST Monday they will incur a $5.50 fine per rodeo (excluding junior events) after this penalties will be applied as per rule CER.4.

Payment of Fines

ABCRA requires the payment of all outstanding fines at the time of entering a rodeo with the exception of the $5.50 cancel out fee which is allowed to accrue to $22.00 before it is required to be paid in full.
